We sell USDA Certified Organic Fuyu Persimmons. Our business was established in 2016 after purchasing property with an existing fuyu persimmon orchard. We achieved organic certification in 2018. Our passion is to raise high quality, healthy fuyu persimmons for customers and introduce them to people who have never tasted one. Besides eating them "crunchy like an apple," fuyu persimmons are wonderful dried, made into jams, pureed and used in quick bread recipes and old fashioned persimmon puddings and cookies, paired with pomegranates in a salad and cheeses with wine, grilled or boiled with meat, made into pies or made into fruit leather. So many possibilities!
We are open from mid-October to mid-November for customers to stop by the Farm and purchase freshly harvested persimmons.
