Blacksmith Cellars ( http://www.blacksmithcellars.com/ )

Matt Smith enjoys crafting wines that are complex with the highest quality structure and finish. Matt launched Blacksmith Cellars in 2003 with the release of his 2001 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.  He did it all, from tending the grapes, hand-sorting, and crushing to punching down, pressing, blending and bottling.

Blacksmith Cellars Wines: Chenin Blanc, Torrontes, Verdelho, Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Late Harvest Syrah, and Late Harvest Malvasia Bianca

Wine Tasting Menus are subject to change as wines sell out. Some wines are unique and won't be repeated.
