Rising from humble beginnings in Thailand, owner and chef Anthony started his gourmet journey in 1965. Before even picking up kitchen utensils, he had learned that one should cook and eat within a happy environment. Anthony draws his attitude toward cooking heavily from professionally learned techniques while squarely basing his charm upon family recipes.
Embarking on his current mission of satisfying American appetites, Anthony brought his philosophy of “joyous eating” to San Francisco, California. Here, he opened the first chain of Thai Noodle Houses, which he later expanded to several branches in the San Francisco Bay Area.
His primary goal is for patrons to arrive expecting good things, leave after having enjoyed a great meal, tell others and look forward to returning to yet another joyous and tasty adventure.
